My Personal Experience: Voited Blanket Review

This durable outdoor blanket is a great addition to your camping gear collection. I’ve used it for summer camping and absolutely love it.

The Voited outdoor blanket is also great for picnics, staying warm by the fire, or for stargazing. So many other blankets pick up dirt and debris but not this one.

Most things just slide right off and if they don’t then you can easily sweep them off or use a damp cloth. No fleece or fuzzy material for things to get stuck in.

The material is actually very soft and since it’s made from 100% recycled bottles it’s also sustainable.

My husband and I use ours as a top blanket when we set up a pallet in our two-person tent. My husband is 6′ 4″ and I’m 5′ 6″ and we both fit under the blanket just fine.

I haven’t used the cape or pillow option yet but once I try those out I’ll be sure to update this review!

I got the rainbow design and am absolutely in love with how cute it is. They have tons of other colors and designs though so you can choose one that fits your personality.

Right now they have 5 stars and 63 reviews on their website and 4.9 stars with 2.2k reviews on Google. I don’t know about you, but I think that’s crazy impressive.

We bring this along on our camping trips no matter what now because it just has so many uses. We don’t just use it in the tent, we can use it as a picnic blanket or in the evenings when we’re sitting by the fire because I get cold easily.

It’s also great to bring on a solo camping trip or if you’re tent camping with a dog!

Voited Cloudtouch vs Voited Ripstop

The Voited Cloudtouch blanket is still made of 100% recycled materials but it has a brushed knit fabric on one side. This fabric feels similar to sheep’s wool.

The Ripstop blanket is made of the same materials but does not have the fleece and both blankets are machine washable.

The Cloudtouch blanket costs $134.90 vs the Ripstop at $99.90. Cloudtouch is rated down to 46 degrees Fahrenheit and Ripstop is rated down to 55 degrees. Note that these are subjective!

In my personal opinion, the Cloudtouch blanket would be my choice for indoor use and the Ripstop for outdoors and more rugged camping.

If you have a van or RV where the Cloudtouch wouldn’t get as dirty then it’s a great option that will keep you cozy warm. I wouldn’t want it getting dirty though and then dealing with picking stuff out of the knit fabric.

Go with the Ripstop if you want something that can get on the ground and you don’t have to worry too much about cleaning it off.

Voited vs Rumpl

First, let’s look at price. We’ll compare the Voited Ripstop Blanket to the Rumpl Original Puffy Blanket. The Ripstop is $99.90 and the Rumpl is $99 for the one-person blanket and $199 for their two-person option.

Rumpl’s one-person blanket is 52″ x 75″ which is just smaller than Voited’s 54″ x 80″ and I mentioned earlier fit my husband and I just fine. Their two-person blanket is 84″ x 80″.

Both are made from recycled materials and machine washable. The warranties are a bit different – Rumpl only offers a one-year warranty and as far as I can tell, Voited’s is lifetime.

This is only if the product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

There are also a few additional features for the Voited blanket – one is you can make a one-person sleeping bag out of one or connect two blankets for a two-person sleeping bag.

The Voited blanket also has the pillow option where you can easily stuff it and it becomes a pillow.

The synopsis on Voited vs Rumpl – you get more bang for your buck with the Voited blanket vs Rumpl one-person blanket.

Voited Blanket Washing Instructions

The Voited camping blanket is machine washable at 86 degrees Fahrenheit according to Voited’s website.
